JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Odoo (preferably v14–v17), a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead ERP implementation projects from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Odoo Development & Customization
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications.
- Customize existing modules to fit business requirements (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
- Integrate Odoo with third‑party applications and APIs.
2. System Architecture & Design
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture planning.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
3. Implementation & Support
- Lead full‑cycle Odoo implementations including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and training.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for live environments.
4. Collaboration
- Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business users.
- Mentor junior developers and review their code.
5. Quality Assurance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following Odoo best practices.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
