Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. OEM & Factory Coordination

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable OEM / contract manufacturing factories.

Serve as the primary contact point between the company and factories.

Coordinate factory visits, audits, and technical discussions when required.

Maintain strong long-term relationships with factory owners and senior management.

2. Negotiation & Commercial Management

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, capacity, and exclusivity with factories.

Balance cost optimization with quality and delivery requirements.

Support contract drafting and ensure agreed terms are clearly documented and implemented.

Handle renegotiations due to market changes, raw material fluctuation, or volume scaling.

3. Product Development & Production Management

Coordinate product development stages including:

Specification confirmation

Sample development

Trial production

Mass production

Ensure products meet agreed quality standards, formulations, packaging, and labeling requirements.

Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

Address production delays, quality issues, or technical challenges with factories proactively.

4. Quality & Compliance Control

Work closely with factories to ensure compliance with:

Product specifications

Quality standards

Regulatory and market requirements

Coordinate inspections, testing, and corrective actions when quality issues arise.

Ensure continuous improvement in production and quality performance.

5. Internal Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics) for OEM project alignment.

Prepare and submit weekly / monthly OEM project status reports to management.

Provide cost analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility feedback for new OEM projects.

6. Risk Management & Problem Solving

Anticipate production, supply chain, or commercial risks and propose mitigation plans.

Resolve disputes or conflicts between company and factory professionally and efficiently.

Ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical background is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing, factory operations, OEM, or sourcing roles.
  • Proven experience dealing with OEM / contract manufacturing factories.
  • Strong background in negotiation, production management, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of factory operations and production workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple OEM projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Report writing and documentation skills
