Job Description

We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

Main Purpose of the Role

We are targeting for English, Chinese or Thai Language Candidates. 

To provide administrative, coordination, and communication support to the CEO and management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication across departments, and efficient support for both local and international business activities.

  • Assist the CEO with daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and arrange business meetings, travel itineraries, and appointments (local and overseas).
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and foreign business partners.
  • Maintain confidential company documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
  • Translate or interpret during meetings or communications in Chinese.
  • Support coordination for bakery branch operations, logistics, and purchasing when required.
  • Perform any other administrative or executive tasks assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, or related role.
  • Experience in supporting top management or CEO office preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Chinese or English or Thai Language.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexible and able to travel locally or abroad as required.
