We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule service appointments and assign tasks to technicians.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain and update the service calendar.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and distribute service reports and invoices.
  • Input and maintain data in the service management system.
  • Communicate service updates and schedules to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the heavy equipment or construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with service management software.
  • Good in English 4 skills.
