ROLE PURPOSE

The FX Dealer Officer is responsible for supporting the execution of foreign exchange transactions, providing exchange rates to relevant department, processing interbank and CBM deals under supervision, and ensuring accurate and timely deal execution in compliance with internal policies. The officer role assists in daily FX operations, customer communication, and reporting to support efficient foreign exchange activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• CBM allocation deals-Assist in daily FX transactions with CBM and customers.
• Prepare the required documents for submission to CBM for FX transactions.
• Support the exchange rates of share to RMs and the relevant department.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and correspondence related to FX allocation transactions, and review, verify, and report FX transaction details to regulatory department in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with the CBM instructions, internal policies and procedures.
• Keep and record the daily FX activities and transactions and reconcile with the related departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with the RM and the customer.
• Assist to Vice president to perform the allocated FX dealing
• List the FX transactions history to develop and further processing.

Education & Special Training

• Any graduate.
• Microsoft office in advanced.
• Prefer for any bachelor from institute of Economic.

Experience

• Above 2 years in FX & international banking.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of FX products, currency pairs, and FX transaction processes.
• Understanding of CBM FX regulations, reporting requirements, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with RMs, CBM, and internal teams for FX dealings and reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate FX transaction records and prepare reports.
