Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance and Tax Supervisor to lead and oversee the full financial, accounting and tax functions. This role ensures sound financial governance, accounting and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial accounting and tax functions across the organization
• Reconcile accounting to taxable income and resolve aging break items
• Prepare and review tax, financial, and other regulatory reporting
• Oversee tax planning, submissions, audits, and engagements for income tax, payroll tax, and other applicable taxes
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting obligations
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Monitor tax filing deadlines and ensure timely submissions
• Conduct tax research and analysis to support decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Provide guidance to junior finance and tax staff
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, regulators, and professional advisors
• Assist in audit queries, client queries, and risk-related items
• Participate in tax planning meetings and strategy sessions
• Prepare and present detailed tax reports to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
• ACCA Part 2  

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax legislation, and financial regulations
• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical ability
• Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving capabilities
• High ethical standards and integrity
