Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Monitoring on advance pax load and make needful adjustment in advance based on seasonality, market trend, peak/off-peak and demand/supply requirement.
  • To generate, oversee and manage the Company’s pricing policy, approve fares and ensure prompt fare distribution to all concerned
  • RBDs report, advance pax load tracker report, daily flight report, product tracker reports, ancillary report, pax load data analysis report, Other Airline fare tracker, weekly & monthly reports
  • Obverse current & forecast demand of load in system and consider while offer ad-hoc group & special fares
  • Filing YQ (Insurance Surcharge) and YR (Fuel Surcharge), Fares, SSR ancillary fees, Free Baggage rate, Excess Baggage rates
  • Markup & Discount set up
  • Check daily incoming e-mail from Commercial and other 8M Teams, GSAs, PSAs, other stations and taken necessary action for fare & fares relates matters request and all quarries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial Sections, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment of fares, load factor, T&C alignment.
  • Conduct market research, Other Airline fares analysis and market segmentation to identify load/yield driven.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree or above in Business or related field.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Advance Excel & internet / email skills.
  • Strong Communication & outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Background knowledge of revenue management systems, reservation systems and distribution platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented with a focus on improving passenger experience.
  • Able to effectively build rapport with clients.
  • Result oriented and ability to compute and forecast sales
  • Good Communication skill in Myanmar & English.
  • Fluency in foreign languages & related field experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Flexible for overtime & location changes.
