About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead and oversee the financial management of one of our Agri-food production SBU (subsidiary business unit). This is a strategic leadership role responsible for financial planning, compliance, risk management, and driving efficiency across our finance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in corporate finance, team leadership, and business strategy to support the growth of the company.

Job Description

• Oversee the financial strategy, budgeting process, and treasury operations of the organization.

• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Manage cash flow planning, fund allocation, banking relationships, and foreign exchange transactions.

• Supervise tax planning, compliance, commercial tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and financial process improvements.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance.

• Provide financial insights to corporate management and the Board to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience at a management level in finance, preferably within Manufacturing or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, financial risk management, and corporate finance.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proven team management experience.

• Proficiency in financial software, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
