The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement efforts of the company. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market share. The role will oversee both online and offline marketing activities and manage the marketing team.  

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Strategy & Planning  

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.  

  • Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform decisions.  

  • Plan annual marketing budgets and monitor ROI for all campaigns.  

2. Brand Management  

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain brand identity and awareness.  

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.  

  • Oversee product positioning, packaging, and communications. 

3. Digital & Traditional Marketing 

  • Lead online marketing campaigns including social media, email, SEO, and paid ads.  

  • Drive offline marketing efforts including events, exhibitions, and partnerships.  

  • Evaluate and adopt emerging marketing tools and technologies.  

4. Team Leadership & Development  

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, setting clear KPIs.  

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment.  

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting  

  • Track marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports for management.  

  • Continuously improve marketing strategies based on data insights.

Job Requirements

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).  

  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.  

  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.  

  • Experience in brand development and positioning.  

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
