Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, water systems (RO, WFI), and other utility equipment.

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of production and utility equipment.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime during manufacturing operations.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation as per SOPs.

  • Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and validation teams during maintenance activities.

  • Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.

  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for maintenance support.

  • Perform risk assessments and root cause analysis for equipment failures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Fresher or 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment

  • Age: Preferably not more than (30) years.

  • Fluent in English Language
  • Physically & Mentally Strong person

  • Strong understanding of GMP, validation, and pharmaceutical compliance.

  • Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

  • Able to work under pressure
