Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil infrastructure for solar power projects, including site grading, foundation work, and installation of mounting structures. 
  • Manage site execution to ensure compliance with design, budget, schedule, and quality standards. 
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely and safe project delivery. 
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare technical drawings, and oversee material handling and resource management. 
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EP, EC, Civil )
  • Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects
  • Proficient in site design, construction, and supervision of civil works for solar projects including foundations, grading, and structural support
  • Experience in project management, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with quality control, safety (HSE) standards, and environmental compliance on site
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, PVSYST, MS Office, and construction management software
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple parties.
