• Plan, organize, develop and manage the overall operations of a clinic and laboratory.
• Support the overall day to day operation within the clinic and laboratory.
• Manage and oversees the daily functioning of a health care center and laboratory.
• Enforce rules and policies to ensure patient’s safety.
• To recognize trends in data to plan future projects and monitor the daily operations of a health care facility.
• Guide, coach and mentor junior staffs.
• Maintain and report vital statistics.
• Presented about monthly report based on clinic & laboratory services.
• Work with the management to identify the area of growth, formulate and implement growth plans and strategies.
• Write articles about health topics for digital marketing.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staffs or customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Managing Director.
• Supervise lab team and medical officers to ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Implement new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures by investigating alternatives; preparing proposals; developing and performing parallel testing; monitoring progress.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Collect & check monthly used tests, sent out tests and lab income.
• Controls costs by monitoring personnel utilization, material usage rates, analyzing fluctuations in types and volumes of tests, and implementing corrective action.
• Entitle to get monthly reagent and lab equipment report from laboratory manager.
• Ask monthly complaint report and KOL list from sale and marketing department.
• Share monthly lab test report to sale and marketing department.
• Manage overall lab operations and develop SOPs to ensure safety, security, quality, and accuracy of results in co-operation with laboratory manager, pathologists, biochemist and microbiologist
• Provide CME to all lab personnel including medical officers.
• Eligible to provide technical training for receptionists, transporter, collection team, and lab medical officers.
• Maintains medical laboratory information system by identifying information needs and problems; recommending improvements; establishing priorities; testing; writing user manuals; training employees; maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Supervises maintenance of the lab and equipment. Maintenance usually involves testing and repair of lab equipment; organization and cleaning of the lab, including preparation and storage rooms.
• Communicate with suppliers of reagents, lab equipment, etc.
• Responsible to develop information booklet and SOP for every section of laboratory.
• Pass information about near-expired-date reagent to marketing managers.
• Working Hour - Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
• Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
• Off Day – Sunday and Public Holidays –
Job Requirements
• M.B, B. S (at least 5 years’ experience in related field)
• Master degree is preferable
• Efficient management and leadership skill are necessary
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft power point and Excel
• Pleasant personality with spirit of co-operation
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Highly enthusiastic and taking responsibility are necessary.
