Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage each outlet in order to hit the sales target category by category and branch by branch.
• Monitor the Weekly sales, Monthly sales, damage sales & transactions and report to Management altogether with solution
• Manage the outlets in order to prevent loss making stores and find the solutions sales drop outlets in order to get sales improvement.
• Analysis each outlets budget in order to use expenses within the allowed amount. More manage all expenses in order to use the least amount.
• Proactively manage the promotion programs in order to get sales achievement
• Manage and supervise in order to minimize the loss and damage of selling goods, clearance sales or discount sales, and made them not to exceed the damage budget range.
• Manage and supervise the store area, production area, kitchen utensils and production machine in order to be hygiene and cleanliness.
• Coaching and instructing, encouraging the employees to get the achievement of Department KPI and manage the workforce of the organization and also supervise to boost individual ability, and leading to contribute for targeted sales by category.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor Degree Holder and other relevant Diploma Holder
• Minimum 4 years & above at the Management Level especially in F&B business sector.
• More prefer oversea experience at the concern business sector.
• Must have data analytical skill and logical thinking.
• Strong in negotiation skill & presentation skill
