  • Oversee daily operational activities of the organization.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare operational reports and documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support management in implementing operational policies and procedures.

  • Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
  • Must not be over 30 years of age.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
