ROLE PURPOSE

This role is responsible for supporting the tax operation within an organization by handling various tasks related to the tax preparation and compliance in accordance with government policy.  The position also responsible for processing the stamping on contracts and agreements to align with the stamping law. It is also responsible to deal with government offices for the process of strengthening the organisation’s properties and asset.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proceeding the payment process of all the entitled tax (stamp duty, profit tax, YCDC tax) in accordance with government policy on timely manner.
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Helping prepare documentation and reports required during tax audits or inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, documentation, managing files, and assisting with correspondence related to tax matters.
  • Collaboration with Finance Team for income tax matter.
  • Coordinate with Admin Payment Team and Finance Team for the tax and expanses payment settlement.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate processing and payment of company invoices for the operational expenses such as utilities, telecommunications.
  • Receive, review, and verify monthly telephone for accuracy against service agreements and historical usage.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, incorrect charges, or service issues by communicating directly with service providers (telephone/internet companies).
  • Supporting and organizing the process of strengthening ownership of YOMA Bank owned properties.
  • To carry out any responsibilities related with organization assigned by Vice President.
  • To participate in the event to demonstrate the team work organized by YOMA Bank.

  • Bachelor degree holder (Any graduate)

Desirable

  • Experience in financial and tax industrial is preferable.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in related field.

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge in tax matters and government office matters
  • Microsoft office skills (Excel , Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship with both internal and external customers.
  • A willingness to learn and to help others
  • Able to work under pressure and capable to solve problem
  • Must be receptive to and implement suggestions for improvement.
