Planning delivery network and transportation process
Take ownership of delivery operation and improve delivery performance
Identify, analyze and address the bottlenecks of the delivery network
Ensure all the items received and delivered are correct in terms of quantity, quality.
All items must be checked upon receiving visually and through proper weighing process and invoice comparison against original purchase requisition form.
Rejecting and returning incorrect items immediately after informing purchasing office and respective department
Communicating with purchasing section regarding to delays or problems.
Maintaining updated records of orders and delivery details etc.
To ensure basis fitness of the vehicles for uptime/availability.
To ensure that all drivers with full PPE and Valid license to drive.
To ensure that fuel yield is as per standard kilo rate.
Maintain proper record of vehicle in/vehicle out.
To record each vehicle repair and maintenance cost.
Coordinate with team member for the improvement on delivery performance
To ensure settlement process of daily cash collection.
To report department head for daily operation report and monthly operational P&L report.
