Operation Training Specialist (AS) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing specialized instructional curricula, training modules, and performance assessment tools. This role provides functional guidance to junior training staff and conducts advanced technical training to directly align classroom instruction with measurable on-the-job productivity and operational efficiency.

• Supervise and monitor daily training schedules to ensure all trainings run smoothly and on time. 

• Manage the action item registry, checking for accuracy and ensuring all department issues are fully resolved. 

• Collaborate with supervisors and KBZ L&D team to balance training needs with frontline staff levels, adjusting training schedules whenever challenges arise. 

• Review training delivery regularly, modifying lesson structures and presentation flows based on trainee data and feedback. 

• Facilitate advanced corporate courses, lead complex SOP training, and run onboarding segments for senior staff.

• Review and verify all training data, attendance sheets, and compliance files managed by the junior team ahead of internal reporting cycles. 

• Identify trainee performance issues during the nesting phase and give supervisors clear coaching tips to fix them. 

• Act as a role model for KBZ core values and corporate image, helping trainees develop professional behavioral standards throughout their training. 

• Assist the Supervisor in gathering raw training data, assessment outcomes, and trainer performance metrics to build high-quality departmental reports. 

• Coach Juniors by providing real-time feedback on their presentation skills, classroom management.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

• Highly computer literacy with Microsoft, standard email, Google, Zoom

• Strong communication skills 

• Strong presentation skills, good classroom management

• Ability to track team schedules

• Strong alignment with company culture and values (Metta, Thet Ti, Virya).

• 2 to 3 years of experience in training, teaching, or HR 

• Proven experience in conducting training sessions 

• Prior experience working in corporate
