Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Plan, organize, lead and control the project activities within the area of operation in order to provide the highest possible quality of information and processing support within the approved schedule, cost and specifications
-Roles and responsibilities :-
- Be the contact point between the Client Service Team and Line Manager
- Prepare and submit Request for Quotations (RFQ)
- Discuss with the Client Service Team to plan project timelines by project prioritization /allocation and resource allocation (in collaboration with LM)
- Conduct feasibility study on sampling plan with Measurement Science
- Ensure all metrics related to projects are executed and met which may include but not limited to progress, meeting of deadlines, level of quality and cost
- Identify inefficiencies and formulate corrective actions for implementation
- Reporting of actual cost vs budget
- Drive and manage market’s KPI and SLA between Client Service & DA

Job Requirements

- BA / BS Required
- Minimum 5 years of as a team manager or team leader experience desired
- Knowledge of market research industry as well as key research techniques and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of statistics is preferable
- Managerial skills (at least 5 years in managerial / supervisory positions)
- Project management skills both in Myanmar and English
- Communications skills
