Operations Manager at a Well-Known International Oil and Gas Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for the leadership and direction of day to day operation of the terminal, whilst ensuring the safety of all operation employees to deliver world class productivity
  • Up to 4,000,000 MMK plus other benefits

The Role

  • Manage the Central Planning and Performance where safety operations, Technical and facilities departments are all present to best possible day to day operation and related tasks
  • Ensures Compliance with HSSE policies and procedure
  • Coaches and directs management who each individually directs and control a virtual Terminal
  • Heads and specific operation projects, target and implementation safety, resource, and cost management
  • Manage performance management including training, appraisals, discipline and international safety management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 Years of working experiences in operation of Oil & Gas industry is preferable working experiences in managing teams
  • Any bachelors’ degree but business or engineering degree is preferred
  • Excellent English skills is compulsory
  • Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations, extensive knowledge of APM terminals or other international operations operational practices
