Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Full title will be Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation Manager. This position will be responsible for implementing and sustaining the Operational Excellence program across enterprise-wide processes, emphasizing process improvement, efficiency, and Power Platform automation.

Process Improvement

  • Serve as Program Management Office (PMO) lead for enterprise-wide Operational Excellence and Transformation projects, ensuring delivery of measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, service quality, and customer experience.
  • Drive strategic process improvement, design, and redesign initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize cost efficiency, reduce turnaround times (TAT), improve accuracy, and eliminate duplication, errors, and rework.

Business-driven Projects

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business-driven projects from an Operational Excellence perspective, focusing on process flow design, simplification, and automation to maximize productivity and service quality.

Automation

  • Lead the organization’s Power Platform digital automation strategy, including enterprise-wide deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps and Power Automate), to digitize workflows and remove operational bottlenecks.
  • Establish, mentor, and oversee Departmental Automation Champions to build sustainable in-house automation capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Cultural Transformation

  • Champion the adoption of Operational Excellence methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Change Management, etc.) to embed a culture of sustainable improvement across all business functions.
  • Coach and empower employees to continuously improve individual productivity and work quality, contributing to enterprise-wide efficiency gains and enhanced service delivery.
  • Act as a change leader, promoting innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen organizational agility and competitiveness.

Job Requirements

  • BE(Naval Architecture)
  • 12 years of overall experience
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Good at analytical and systematic problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, capacity and resources planning and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and business partners.

  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems.
  • Technical skills with Power Platform, strategic planning, data analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies.
