Job Description

  • To ensure customer service to all customers by delivering the orders on time in full as per agreed time line
  • Ensure product fulfillment by following up stock in order to fulfil the order
  • Co-ordinate to solve delivery issues with relevant departments (Sales, Distribution, Customers)
  • Manage returned products and withdrawal of products from the market
  • Summarize "Next day required delivery" to team to work on
  • Identify and manage abnormal orders
  • Monitor CCFOT measurement & loss tree analysis to improve Customer Service
  • Manage product shortages / stock priority decision making
  • Regular monitor orders to ensure all transactions are created and completed
  • Support to sales team by providing required information such as daily order tracking, stock outlook etc
  • Manage special requirement according to business e.g. transition, promotional item, quota management, batch allocation etc

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years order management experience
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and also work independently
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence individuals and team in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software (SAP or D365 or ERP)
