Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and decisive Packaging Team Leader to take full ownership of our packaging department. You will be responsible for the entire packing process—from quality inspection to final shipment preparation. We need a leader who can manage the team effectively, ensure 0% error rates, and hit deadlines without constant 

Key Responsibilities 

• Total Ownership of Packaging Line: Plan, organize, and execute daily packaging schedules to meet strict shipment deadlines. 
• Team Leadership & Discipline: Lead, train, and manage the packaging team. Enforce discipline and ensure all staff follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Quality Assurance: Perform final quality checks before packing. You are the last line of defense to prevent defects from reaching the client
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify bottlenecks or issues on the line and solve them immediately. 
• Inventory Management: Manage packaging materials (cartons, hangtags, polybags) and ensure no shortages or wastage.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in packaging or production management in the [Insert Industry, e.g., Manufacturing / Garment / shoes /Bags Cap] industry.
• Attention to Detail: Extremely meticulous with details (e.g., correct hangtags, carton markings). Zero tolerance for careless errors.
• Resilience: Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines during peak seasons.
