Job Description

  • Lead all the government requirements submission and approval
  • Negotiation with Related Government authorities for company requirement & all projects.
  • Collect required documents/data for Government Submission.
  • Coordinate with all in house department for authority requirement. 
  • Good communication and follow up for Government Approval.
  • Follow up site inspection and verification with Government inspection Team.
  • Work together with Government Team for public communication and Negotiation
  • Prepare for government contract submission together with Lawyer for company requirements.
  • Lead to prepare EOI and Tender submission.
  • To find the new project and to handle EOI and Tender Project
  • Managing financial matters in accordance with project plans; Budgeting
  • Collaborations with related government department
  • Prepare proposal for general permit of company projects
  • Necessary reporting to Government office and continuous combination
  • Ground checking with related government authorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree.
  • Strong communication between the company and government organizations.
  • 2 to 3 Years’ experience in Government Relations field.
  • Strong business Communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments
  • Able to work flexible and in an organized manner.
  • Time Management & Leadership skills
  • Must be able to cooperate with various organizations.
  • Computer Proficiency in (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Email & Internet) and Pyidaungsu Font
  • Able to work at Ahlone Township or Nay Pyi Taw
