Job Description – Pharmacist

  1. Inspect and manage medicines – Check quality, expiry date, and quantity of medicines.
  2. Dispense medicines – Accurately dispense medicines according to the doctor’s prescription.
  3. Provide advice – Advise patients on proper usage, dosage, and possible side effects of medicines.
  4. Maintain records – Keep accurate records of medicine stock in and out.
  5. Follow regulations – Comply with storage and safety standards for medicines.

    Job Requirements

    1. Educational Qualification – Must hold a B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) or equivalent pharmacy certification.
    2. Experience – Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or pharmaceutical company.
    3. Skills – Knowledge of medicine names, usage instructions, and side effects.
    4. Competencies – Good communication skills, ability to advise patients, and manage inventory.
    5. Other Requirements – Responsible, punctual, and able to adhere to work schedules.
