A Big Opportunity for ...

Assist to Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule.
Identifying the best series of events in the correct order for the project to finish on time and on budget.
Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts. Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule. Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development.
Coordinate with all project team and collect pieces of information from different parties and put them all together on one workable project management plan. Keeping in contact with the project managers and planning engineers.
Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the progress on a r e g u l a r basis. Developing detail schedule and graphs. Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of works, including bar charts and network diagrams. Using specialist computer software to help keep the project on course
Presenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organization involved in the projects. Making sure the achieved progress on the project fits the progress anticipated in the schedule.
Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required ME Civil, BE Engineering Civil
Minimum at least (3) years of experience in road and bridge construction Project, Planning and Design field with strong commitment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
