An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor CodeByte's cybersecurity projects end to end, from purchase order through to customer sign-off.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, templates and methodologies across the company.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, track progress against milestones, and issue regular status reports to internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and issues early and drive mitigation and escalation through to closure.
  • Coordinate resources, budgets and principal/vendor dependencies to protect delivery timelines and project margin.
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical, sales and operations teams, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery status.
  • Maintain complete project documentation, conduct post-implementation reviews, and ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards.
  • Govern the overall project portfolio, maintaining visibility of pipeline, resourcing and delivery capacity for management reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant PMO or project management experience, ideally in cybersecurity or technology delivery.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with project management tools and with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
