PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Delivers business value through data analysis, Power BI reporting, and Power Automation solutions by translating business requirements into actionable insights, dashboards, and automated workflows

• Supports business teams by preparing, analyzing, and visualizing data, developing scalable Power BI dashboards, and building Power Automate workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making

• Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure analytics and automation solutions are practical, governed, reusable, and aligned with business priorities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data Analysis & Business Insights 

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources to generate accurate insights 

• Translate business questions into analytical requirements, KPIs, and measurable outputs 

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analysis to support commercial, finance, supply chain, and leadership decisions 

• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement actions from data and communicate them clearly to stakeholders 

Power BI Dashboard Development 

• Design, build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs 

• Develop reliable data models, DAX measures, and report visuals that support effective decision-making 

• Manage dashboard refresh, access, user adoption, and performance optimization 

• Ensure reports follow data governance, security, documentation, and visualization standards 

• Train and support users to interpret dashboards correctly and drive self-service analytics adoption 

Power BI Dashboard Development 

• Develop and refine Route to Consumer Projects and JTBD that align with HML's business objectives
• Create detailed project plans, outlining milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
• Collaborate and align with functional and cross-functional team members to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports

Power Automation & Process Improvement 

• Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone business processes that can be improved through Power Automate 

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Automate workflows for business users 

• Document workflow logic, ownership, exception handling, and support procedures 

• Monitor automation performance and continuously improve workflows to reduce manual effort and operational risk 

Data Quality, Governance & Documentation 

• Support data quality checks, reconciliation, and issue resolution with data owners and business users 

• Maintain clear documentation for datasets, dashboards, workflows, KPIs, definitions, and business rules 

• Follow access control, data privacy, security, and governance standards for analytics and automation solutions 

Stakeholder Support & Adoption 

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities, and deliver practical solutions 

• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for dashboards and automation workflows 

• Communicate progress, risks, limitations, and recommendations in a clear and business-friendly manner 

• Support training and adoption activities to increase data literacy and effective use of digital tools 

• Partner with D&T, regional teams, and business functions to ensure sustainable solution ownership 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Data, Business, or related field 
• Good command in English, both written and spoken 

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, automation, or digital transformation roles

• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development, data analysis, and Power Automate workflow delivery is required 

• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and business requirement gathering skills 

• Hands-on Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, report design, publishing, and refresh management 

• Experience with Power Automate workflow design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation 

• Good understanding of data quality, access control, data privacy, and governance principles 

• Ability to communicate technical outputs in clear business language 

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in commercial, finance, supply chain, or operations teams 

• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power Query, SharePoint, Dataverse, or Azure data services is preferred 

• Strong focus on practical delivery, user adoption, and measurable business impact
