The role holder manages data analytics, Management Information System (MIS) reporting, and Core Banking System (CBS) enhancements for Business requirement. Responsibilities include managing segment tagging, automating banking processes, analysing customer and portfolio performance, updating Power BI dashboards, and managing administrative claim processes to support data-driven decision-making.

• CBS Tagging & Linkage: Execute customer segment tagging, plan linkages, and portfolio mappings directly within the Core Banking System (CBS) to ensure accurate tracking.
• Process Automation & BRD: Identify manual processes for CBS automation, Prepared Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and work alongside IT developers through project execution.
• UAT & Deployment: Prepare test scenarios and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, automated reports, and new digital features.
• Digital App Collaboration: Support feature enhancement initiatives and data integration for the Premium Banking Mini-App.
• Multi-Level MIS Reporting: Generate, validate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across RM, Branch, Product, and Customer levels to track portfolio health.
• Power BI & Coordination: Coordinate with ACoE team to request new DAC reports and continuously refine Wealth Management Power BI dashboards.
• Deep-Dive Performance Analysis: Analyze Premium Customerbehaviors, product penetration, balance trends, and attrition risks, presenting actionable insights directly to the Line Manager.
• Data Cleansing & Reconciliation: Perform regular data audits, clean duplicate/inaccurate customer profiles, and reconcile MIS figures against core financial accounts.
• Target & Portfolio Monitoring: Track RM and ARM performance against monthly sales targets, cross-sell/up-sell ratios, and KPIs calculations.
• Ad-hoc Reporting: Deliver timely ad-hoc data analysis and custom reporting requests from Senior Management, HOD.
• Claims & Expenses Processing: Manage administrative workflow for the unit, including petty cash handling, invoice verification, and payment claim processing.
• Data Security & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to customer data privacy, data security guidelines, and internal compliance standards across all reporting routines.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Finance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products/services and process.
• Proven ability to draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and execute detailed UAT test scripts.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Advanced MS Excel (VBA, Macros, Power Query), and database architecture.
• Minimum 2–5 years of progressive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or MIS within banking or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, executing data reconciliation, and delivering multi-dimensional MIS reports (RM, Product, Customer level).
• Proven track record in Core Banking System (CBS) tagging/mapping, report automation, and developer collaboration from requirement gathering to rollout.
• Experience in monitoring sales KPIs, campaign performance analytics, and managing financial claims and administrative tasks.
