Coordinate with production or operations teams to minimize disruptions.
· Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
· Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements.
· Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
