Job Summary
Procurement and Logistics Manager responsible for managing sourcing, supplier coordination, purchasing, and end-to-end logistics operations. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of materials and services to support company operations in Yangon.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with operational needs and budgets.
● Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality, price, and delivery terms.
● Manage purchase orders, contracts, and approvals with accuracy and compliance.
● Coordinate inbound logistics, transportation, and inventory flow to avoid delays.
● Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost.
● Work with internal teams to forecast requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
● Prepare reports on purchasing activity, cost savings, and logistics performance.

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, including managerial exposure.
● Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and supply chain processes.
● Experience coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
● Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve operational issues effectively.
● Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/documentation systems.
● Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
