Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervises purchasing staff, set performance metrics and track cost-saving targets

Sourcing and vetting: find and evaluate new suppliers to ensure they meet quality, delivery and pricing standards

Price Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, payment terms and service level agreements for the best commercial value

Risk Management: Mitigate supply chain disruptions by diversifying vendor options and monitoring market trends

Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal and operations to align purchasing budgets and follow compliance rules

Job Requirements

Requirement

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or Master of Business Administration

Hard Skill: Good writing, reading and speaking in English

Core Skills: Strong negotiation, data analysis, project management

Experience: Proven work history in purchasing, vendor management or supply chain operations for at least 7 years
