Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations, bids, and proposals
Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and contracts
Track orders, deliveries, and payment status to ensure timely fulfillment
Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
Support contract administration and compliance with procurement policies
Assist in inventory monitoring and reporting
Prepare procurement reports and documentation as required
Resolve basic supplier or order-related issues
Support audits and internal controls related to procurement activities

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support (preferred)
Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP systems experience is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
