Performing day to day accounting data entries. Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices. Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales/cash reconciliations. Assist in Monthly Closing, Bank Reconciliation, Tax and Audit matters. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers. Manage accounts receivable for any wholesale or credit-based corporate clients. Maintain an organized filing system for all financial supporting documents and contracts.
Supervise daily operations of the fruits and vegetables section. Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and display of fresh produce. Supervise, train, and schedule staff in the department. Monitor employee performance and productivity. Ensure staff follow hygiene and safety procedures. Handle customer complaints related to product quality. Provide product knowledge support to customers and staff.
• Manage the full franchise sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution and onboarding. • Source and qualify leads through networking, brokers, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. • Deliver consultative presentations to individuals and investor groups, highlighting franchise opportunities and financials. • Guide candidates through the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and legal review process. • Lead negotiations and close franchise agreements, securing initial franchise fees. • Maintain CRM records, track pipeline stages, and manage candidate relationships. • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor stock levels daily, ensuring "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) practices are strictly followed to minimize spoilage of perishable items. Inspect incoming fruits and vegetables for freshness, quality, and damage upon delivery. Reject items that do not meet company standards. Accurately record all incoming shipments and outgoing orders into the Inventory Management System (or tracking software). Prepare and pack orders accurately for distribution, ensuring proper handling to prevent bruising or damage to produce. Organize the storage area (cold storage/dry storage) to ensure items are kept at appropriate temperatures and are easily accessible. Generate daily/weekly stock reports, including waste/spoilage reports, and alert the Warehouse Manager when stock levels for specific items are low. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
