  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update procurement files and vendor databases.
  • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms to identify the best suppliers.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support procurement reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and performance tracking.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Procurement Officer/Manager
