• Source, evaluate, negotiate and purchase materials from local (mainly)
• Go and check the product quality on site based on the technical specifications for emergency purchase
• Check if the vendors’ quotations are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the item/service and prepare commercial comparison for user and management’s evaluation purpose
• Handle daily operational purchasing needs such as preparing, issuing, recording, and following up on Purchase Orders for both payment status and delivery status
• Coordinate with related departments in order to streamline the process
• Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors
• Assist in evaluation of supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
• Report to Manager and other senior team members as necessary
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree required/ Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain
• At least Three (2) year of experience in purchasing and strategic sourcing field.
• Experience in a fast paced, innovative industry is preferred
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SAP
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
