Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

To support the day-to-day operations of our product and platform teams. This role is responsible for assisting with product documentation, testing, data analysis, and coordination between different teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about technology and product development.

  1. Product Support
    • Assist in preparing product documentation (requirements, user guides, release notes).
    • Support product testing (UAT) and report issues to the product team.
    • Help maintain and update product information on internal systems.
  2. Platform Monitoring
    • Monitor platform performance and report any technical issues to the IT/engineering team.
    • Collect and organize feedback from users regarding platform usability.
    • Track bug fixes, feature releases, and follow up on pending issues.
  3. Data & Reporting
    • Assist in generating product usage and performance reports.
    • Help analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to identify improvements.
    • Maintain basic data dashboards or spreadsheets for tracking KPIs.
  4. Coordination & Communication
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing) for smooth execution.
    • Attend team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
    • Support the product team with presentation materials and reports.
  5. Learning & Growth
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new tools.

Actively participate in training and skill development sessions.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in product management, platform operations (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, mobile applications, or e-commerce systems is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of product lifecycle, requirement gathering, and feature testing.
  • Familiar with tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify and report system or user issues clearly.
  • Understanding of data interpretation using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools is an advantage.
  • Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, tech, QA, and business units.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile working environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up tasks and timelines.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and ownership.
  • Fluent English language (Chinese language preferred)
