Job Description

  • Lead data research and analytics for business development, improvement, and target/offer optimization using data science.
  • Manage BI strategy, maintaining data models, reporting, automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Direct cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling to uncover insights for strategic decisions and optimization.
  • Handle data extraction and analysis from BI systems, presenting insights for decision-making and trend monitoring.
  • Manage SQL, AWS, and ML initiatives, analyzing results to improve reports and increase revenue/users.
  • Lead and motivate the team for campaign management and oversee consultant-to-team skill transfer.
  • Automate reporting with Microsoft Power Automate, including maintenance and new report development

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (MBA preferable)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skill and project management skill
  • Effective Time Management Skill
  • Strong Computer litercy skill especially in Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools
  • Excellent SQL and ML experiences
  • Knowledge of automation tools, visualization tools
