  • KOL engagement with priority segmentation (A/B groups) to support key brands and new portfolios align with 2026 Strategies.
  • Capture strategic KOL insights to guide current portfolio strategy and future brand planning.
  • Identify potential opportunities for upcoming products in Xepa’s pipeline through structured KOL discussions.
  • Conduct CME/RTD product presentations to strengthen brand presence and scientific positioning.
  • Drive collaboration with hospital pharmacies for CME activities and corporate/product branding initiatives.
  • Regular field visits to Modern Trade pharmacies to gather real-time competitor intelligence.
  • Analyze market dynamics and customer buying behaviors for channel-specific insights.
  • Compile quarterly competitor landscape reviews including pricing, SKU presence, and promotions.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with chain pharmacies (e.g., end-user campaigns, CME, TTL/BTL activities).
  • Ensure timely design and production of Visual Aids (brochures, detailing aids) meeting yearly budget and field needs.
  • Develop multi-year approved detailing aids (valid up to 2 years with regional approvals).
  • Produce promotional materials (POSM) with structured planning and defined usage objectives.
  • Develop special promotional tools tailored to specific doctor segments or new product launches.
  • Support doctors’ branded material requests (vinyl, signage, clinic bags, name cards, etc.) through approved request processes.
  • Build and maintain an effective supplier panel ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and control marketing aids inventory with standardized tracking tools (Excel/manual system).
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to execute sell-in and sell-out campaigns for chain pharmacies and retail pharmacies aligned with stock availability.
  • Work with Sales to implement channel-focused campaign activities based on inventory and market needs.
  • Initiate standalone symposiums, patient support programs, or webinars when strategically required.
  • Organize Health Care Channel activities with structured documentation of requesters, supporters, moderators, and executors.
  • Monitor campaign execution using defined KPIs and maintain complete activity records for evaluation.
  • Conduct structured training for both Marketing and Sales teams on product knowledge, marketing messages, and competitor insights.
  • Administer comprehensive knowledge assessments including written tests and role-play evaluations with proper recording.
  • Timely share updates knowledge on current products and upcoming pipeline products.
  • Perform joint field calls with Marketing MRs to evaluate message delivery and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Maintain updated documentation for all campaign activities, including objectives, budgets, approvals, and post-activity evaluations.
  • Prepare a monthly report summarizing current-month activities, performance insights, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Prepare competitor intelligence summaries (pricing, promotional activities, launches) for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Compile KOL engagement reports and insights after each activity for Manager review.
  • Track and document consumption of marketing aids and promotional materials for audit and forecasting.
  • Organize and maintain MAP proposal files submitted by the team for tracking and approval.
  • Prepare and standardize survey forms collected from the team for analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain a centralized digital folder (shared drive/Teams) for all marketing materials, approvals, and activity records.
  • Maintain an annual and biannual calendar of society activities relevant to Xepa (medical associations, specialty societies, CME schedules).
  • Prepare minutes of key internal meetings (marketing, campaign planning, launch preparation) when assigned.
  • Submit timely weekly updates on tasks, challenges, and support needed from cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with a solid understanding of current market practices.
  • Established relationships with medical professionals and excellent communication skills.
  • High-level planning and analytical skills with a focus on team and brand building.
