Position Purpose/Context
Obtains profit contribution by establishing and accomplishing business objectives who responsible for ensuring and improving the sales performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Ability to establish efficient Sales & Marketing Team
• Develop strategic business plans, sales forecast and communicates the organization’s short and long-term objectives
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plan ( both private and government tender) to establish new products in the market
• Participate in lead generation and business development
• Manage the day to day operations and responsible for managing staff, sales and operational planning and execution, financial and budget planning to ensure the operation is running efficiently
• Collaborate with the potential customers, dealers and also dealing with new and existing foreign suppliers to ensure that operations are done in the most effective and efficient way
• Establish and review business unit KPIs, financial performance & opportunities and able to make recommendations to improve

Job Requirements

• University Degree; Any degree or Business degree preferred.
• Business-oriented with strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, planning and decision making
• Strong in written and verbal communication with good command of the English and Myanmar language.
• Should be able to communicate across different levels of the organization.
