Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Monitor sales staff during shifts.
  • Assign and adjust daily sales targets.            
  • Organize schedules and ensure enough coverage on the sales floor.
  • Conducts quick to align the team on daily goals and tasks.
  • Reviews daily sales figures and track ongoing  sales against daily/ weekly targets.
  • Provide quick on the job coaching for weaker team members.
  • Update team on new promotions products or policies.
  • Check that promotions and prices tags are correctly displayed.
  • Monitor inventory and report low stock to management.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to upper management with the team.
  • Record staff performance notes and attendance.
  • Resolve escalated complaints.
  • Support VIP or high-value customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • At Least 2-3 years sales experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma (or)Certificate in Sales & Marketing.
  • Age Between 20 to 35 Years.
  • Able to travel and work in the field.
  • Good Leadership Skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Good Computer Skill  (Word,Excel, email)
  • Deep understanding of sales principles, market trends, and customer needs.
