In this role you will become a dynamic and result-driven Product Executive to maximize Microsoft products/services sales whose primary role to generate leads, build relationships with potential customers and closing sales to meet and exceed sales target. With the help of your extensive Microsoft products knowledge and a strong sales personality, you may need to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies that make meaningful impact. Besides sales personality plus product knowledge, you may need to support customers by addressing business goals through alignment of technology under challenging circumstances and difficult situations.
1. Leverage your relationships with customers to drive revenue conversations as well as open new relationships in the industry to ensure high win rate.
2. Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, planning based on the pipelines data and consistently create revenue-generating opportunities with Microsoft products/services.
3. Execute sales engagement that include understanding customer needs, providing value, addressing concerns, following up and negotiating prices to close the deal.
4. Being a joint partner with solution team to maximize revenue opportunities through upsell, cross-sell, renewal and creating winning strategies with Microsoft products/services.
5. Constantly learning to stay up to date on technologies, products, services, and licenses.
6. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

Job Requirements

Requirements
1. Strong sales personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
3. Have customer and market focus creative/innovative attitude.
4. Proficient in Microsoft 365. (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
5. IT related diploma/ degree and Microsoft products knowledge would be an advantage.
