Position Purpose

This role will be responsible for analysis of the campaign, measuring effectiveness of the campaign, coordinating between internal stakeholders, and sharing reports among the team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for decision-making purposes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key insights to stakeholders.
• Create and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign performance.
• Segment customer data based on various criteria to identify target audiences and opportunities for personalized marketing strategies.
• Support for timely execution of campaigns and post campaign analysis
• Analyze and identify segments to enhance users’ engagement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics, including conversion rates, and cost of the campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to generate actionable recommendations for optimizing campaigns.

• At least 4 years of working experience with Business Analysis or Analyzing Data in any related field
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, open-minded and flexible to work in any given work environment
• Ability to work independently and proactively while improving processes and results, prioritizing work with minimal direction
• Able to travel overnight trip within the country if necessary
• Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written) 
• Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces with different functions
