Reporting to Product Manager, the Product Specialist plays a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of products within the organization. They are responsible for understanding market needs, analyzing product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer requirements.

• Collaborate with the product management team to develop new products or enhance existing product based on market research and customer feedback.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to inform product development decisions.
• Coordinate product testing activities to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for
  improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive product documentation including specifications, user manuals, and release notes. Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including PMO Team, UAT Team, KBZPay Market and My-Medicine, etc., to align product development efforts with business objectives.
• Assist in planning and executing system migration project and product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns, training s ales teams, and providing
  customer support.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and key insights to internal stakeholders and external partners. Act as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Strong communication in English and Burmese
• Minimum of (2) years of experience in product management.
• Any certificate of Product Management, Fintech Products
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologicalknowledge base.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
• Proven experience in product management, product evelopment, or a related role.
