A Good Opportunity for ..

  • White rice yield, FG yield, By product Yield statistics and improvement
  • Do process analyze, if have some need improve, raise up the plan and improve it
  • Guide the regular shift leader make a issue list, track the maintenance, together with Electrical & Mechanical teams
  • Equipment capacity improvement and transformation
  • Manage the SOP training plan and do machine SOP Training
  • Update the spare part catalog and list, guide the M&E shift leader do spart part management

Job Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in production, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and report findings.
  • Both English and Myanmar proficient, prefer Chinese as well
