Supervise production line operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
Ensure daily production targets (quantity, quality, and time) are met.
Monitor workflow and adjust production schedules as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on safety protocols and compliance.
Lead and motivate production team members; conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production equipment.
Report production data (e.g., output, efficiency, downtime) to management.
Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Train new workers on production processes, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of production processes and machinery.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and production management software (e.g., SAP, ERP).
Ability to work shifts and under pressure.
