Job Function:   

Lead and manage the labeling and packaging processes to ensure timely output and quality compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily labeling and packaging operations.
  2. Ensure packaging materials are available and meet specifications.
  3. Oversee the setup and performance of labeling/packaging machines.
  4. Monitor output against targets and quality standards.
  5. Maintain accurate records of packaging batches and materials used.
  6. Train and supervise packaging operators.
  7. Coordinate maintenance of machinery with engineering.
  8. Adhere to hygiene and safety procedures.
  9. Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Education: At least High School Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 years in packaging operations within FMCG or spirits-related industries

Skills:

  • Process supervision
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Equipment operation and maintenance

  • Leadership and team coordination
  • Efficiency and time management
