Job Summary
To supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead a team of operators and technicians to meet production targets in a high-speed FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight

• Supervise and monitor all production line activities to meet daily output, efficiency, and quality targets.
• Implement production plans and ensure shift schedules are met.
• Identify and address production bottlenecks in real-time.
• administration process production To evaluate the process and give approval in the recording process, which includes: recording raw materials, PPI activities, recording machine data, and production time.

People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop line operators and technicians.
• Conduct shift handovers, briefings, and daily performance reviews.
• Ensure discipline, motivation, and safe behavior of staff under supervision.

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO, and internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) to handle any product non-conformities.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability in production logs.

Safety and 5S

• Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure zero accidents.
• Implement 5S practices in the production area to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Participate in regular safety audits and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution.
• Ensure operators follow proper machine operating procedures.
• Minimize downtime by proactive communication and escalation.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Prepare daily production reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in Kaizen/Lean improvement projects to optimize performance and reduce waste.
• Support new product trials and process validation runs.

Qulification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing (FMCG preferred), with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a FMCG factory under TSEZ is an advantage.
