Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To organize and conduct training to obtain Food Safety Management Certificate
  • To renew FDA Certificate and maintain it so that it does not deteriorate or disappear
  • To develop, implement and review System Development & Maintenance Plan
  • To develop Audit Plans, Implement the Audit Plan as per the drawn up plan
  • Check and update the policies and procedures drawn up by each department in coordination with the relevant department heads
  • Revise or redraw the policies, procedures and forms if necessary
  • Develop a training plan
  • Review each finding of the audit report submitted by the department after the audit and instruct the necessary ones
  • Check the system for compliance and correctness of the operation and report to the management
  • Perform the tasks assigned by the management in a timely manner
  • Perform HACCP inspections and obtain certificates
  • Cooperate with relevant departments and external training courses to obtain the Food Safety Management Certificate
  • Develop a System Development & Maintenance Plan and collaborate with relevant departments to implement it
  • Participate in the planning of training by relevant departments and hold monthly audit meetings and discuss with relevant departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have ISO Certificate/Food Safety Management System /HACCP Certificate
  • 3-5 years of experience working in ISO/Quality Management System/System Development
  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, AI & Visio)
  • Skill - Strong critical thinking, Collaborate with other and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, policies, current regulations, and technology.
