Job Description

  • Supervise and manage production staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. Enforce adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the entire production cycle, from raw material handling to the final product.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods and packaging materials to ensure they comply with quality standards, packaging integrity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed production records and documentation, including batch details, production timelines, and quality control data, to ensure traceability, accountability, and compliance.
  • Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards at every stage of the production process, ensuring the facility remains clean and compliant with industry safety and health regulations.
  • Leverage knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and laboratory processes to enhance production quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial chemistry or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of supervisory experience in an FMCG or related manufacturing industry (preferably with prior experience in coffee production or a similar food/beverage manufacturing environment).
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety standards within manufacturing settings.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance, resolve production issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and report directly to senior management.
