Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Lead the course management cycle, including: course planning, pricing, registration, coordinating with key stakeholders (including the faculty or course faciliators), executing on project plans, monitoring student progress and closing the course.
  • Ensure the courses are structured, designed, & delivered to provide a quality learning experience for the students and to support the desired learning outcomes for the courses.
  • Collaborate with key Creative and Formation, Faculty and Theological Foundations team, and other key stakeholders to refine curriculum, ensure content supports the desired learning outcomes, and ensure the students with consistent, effective, efficient, and user-friendly online learning experiences.
  • Ensures the continuous improvement of the courses through designing mechanisms to gather feedback from students, faculty and staff, as well as developing and executing upon plans for the optimization, continuous improvement, and refinement of the courses.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Course Facilitators
  • Lead an ongoing assessment of the course platform and its ability to meet the desired learning outcomes, the learning needs of the students and organizational 
  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery of effective educational products and experiences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years in education field/industry and/or teching experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing ltraining, project management 
  • Excellent training skills, with the ability to clearly communicate product and therapy information to a variety of knowledge professionals
  • Deep Knowledge of HND/IGCSE/GED programme 

  • Need to possess strong communications skills and have experience in marketing educational products.

  • Can speak english excellent and computing skills
